About us
Founded on June 27, 2022, OYEM Un Don Un Sourire Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable development in Togo. We believe that every act of kindness, no matter how small, has the power to bring hope and transformation to those in need. Our mission is to uplift vulnerable communities by addressing key areas such as education, vocational training, support for the elderly, and women’s economic empowerment.
At the heart of our organization lies a deep commitment to creating lasting change. We work tirelessly to ensure that children from disadvantaged families can access education, young people can acquire skills and find employment, the elderly receive the care and support they deserve, and women are empowered through microloans to build and grow their businesses.

Our Intervention Domains
Education
We provide financial support to ensure that children from disadvantaged families have access to quality education, giving them the foundation for a brighter future. Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty by enabling these children to achieve their full potential through learning.
Vocational Training
We empower young people by equipping them with practical skills through comprehensive vocational training programs. This training not only helps them secure employment but also enables them to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute positively to their communities.
Women’s Economic Empowerment
We offer interest-free microloans to help women start or expand their businesses, fostering financial independence and entrepreneurship. By supporting women in their economic endeavors, we aim to strengthen families and communities, driving long-term development and prosperity.
